Hey everyone..
Trinity Lake Open is June 11th at Trinity Links in Lockport Il....  The course is under going a lot of changes and this tournament is going to be the first glimpse of some of the new layouts....  All open players are $40.00 and all Ams are $30.00...
am divisions are advanced, intermediate and rec...  the Format is going to be one round from the longs and one round from the short pads.  Register on line at the pdga webpage or the day of.  registration starts at 7:30 and will close are 8:45 am.  Tee off will be at 9:15 and I am pretty on top of getting everyone going and sounding the horn at 9:15..  If you want to sponsor a hole you can sponsor a hole starting at $10.00 and you can donate more if you want.  If you have any questions ask Thor or Tom M....   I hope to see a lot of you that are not playing am nats out and playing this tourney....it should be a fun event..
thanks
Thor

I will be attending this one. I can't wait for it. This course has came such a long way since I've started playing it. It just keeps getting better and better. Are you planning any glow tourneys coming up soon also? I'd love to see some more of those!!

I've heard of some/most/all of the course changes.  Are they going to be marked for practice purposes?  I'm thinking of getting out tomorrow/Wed. or Thur.  Maybe flags or painted?
Thanks.

The course is REALLY coming along.  The new changes are sick.
It really looks clean, and I like all the newly planted trees.  Nice job guys!

Is this course going to be playable this Saturday due to lots of rain?
It's great to be alive!
Positive mind helps.

Hey Thor, can you link me to the signup page? I can't find it.

Look on the sidebar to the left, the orange icon next to "Trinity Lake Open" will take you to the registration page.

Thor told me that the PDGA wants more money from the tourney to keep it open up to the day before.
He'd rather save it for payouts.

sorry I have not been better at responding.... No Fee for signing up day off... Tafe is correct it shut early to save money for payouts...  the course is a little wet but looking good... all the tees are marked with flags... the longs are marked as long... registration starts at 7:45am and open until 9:00 am... players meeting at 9:15 and tee time at 9:30... I hope to see a lot of you out there...

Hope the tourney is going well Thor!

They posted Saturday OT yesterday at lunch, so (once again) I am unable to make it out. So, let's see.....that's The Pitner Memorial, Oswego Open, and Trinity Links Open I've planned on attending, but had to miss this year. I'm beginning to think I'm not meant to play any more tourneys this year.....

Wish I could be there!

The course kicked my booty!
I know I said I was going to do bagtags, but when my ride showed up, I couldn't make him wait for the cards to get in.  Sorry about that.  If anyone grabbed mine, I'll be at Whet up or Shut up on Sat. if you can bring it, Thanks.

Tafe I did the bag tags and I gave your bag tag to Dave K... along with Philip ash and Jacob b.  So your tag is with Dave k and I think you got number 37...
I hope everyone enjoyed the new course lay out.... the tournament ran pretty smooth on my part and I hope it ran smooth for everyone else... the pdga results have been submitted to the pdga...
a special thanks to guys for helping out on the course to get it ready.
