Food for Tournament
« on: February 23, 2010, 06:45:50 AM »
We had a meeting last night about the tournament & one of the things discussed was failure to bring non perishable food items. If you forget to bring something,  there will be a $5.00 charge & that will go to the Mission.

Keep in mind to bring two items for the pantry. I don't want anyone to be suprised at registration.

Frank we really need to get you spell check.... One more day everyone.. bring two cans of food... if your not current with the PDGA be prepared to get taxed.... you must have proof you are current or the tourney gets fined... weather is looking good.. can't wait to see you all out there

I've been told that before, I'm working on it.
Although I haven't checked wiyh Jason, maybe he'll bring his lap top. Maybe Scott Pitner can help us. He has checked on current members in the past.
I'm informed that there will be a lap top to check current PDGA members & I assume the scores will be posted quickly.

Can also use a phone to do some of that as well for those that haven't pre-reg'd or if there is someone that isn't playing the tourney, I'd be happy to lend my phone for the first round to double check everyone's status that wasn't verified.

Thanks for your response, but it's under control. We can use that as backup.
