That is an awesome flyer! Will there be ones given out as part of the players pack? This will look good in my office next to my 30th Illinois poster!

I can't believe I just deleted this post after 45 minutes!!! Well the short version. This relates to the Channahon Classic, Tuesday 09/18. Blaine Schepp was out helping with the basket on #6 & painting the platform on #4. Kevin Schramm, Rob Gibson, & Jason Poole were spirit filled & fun painting the 10 meter circles up to hole #12. Rob also relieved Blaine in the letter painting. Brian McCarthy & Kathy Smith (princess) from the Park, dumped chips on holes 2,17, & 18. It was a lot of playful fun with Kev, Rob, & Jason & we got a lot done. In just a couple of hours we did 12 baskets. Blaine & Rob were huge on painting the letters on the platform.

It was a good time hanging out and getting ready for the tournament on Saturday! Glad to help and have some laughs watching my bro Kev try to paint a solid circle - or Jason going backwards with the chain and paint while Frank was blowing leaves where he was trying to paint! Good times!

Well, one more work day. I need to focus on the 10 meter circles. You know what's funny, is Rob Gibson. I started the circle on #16 & stopped to whack weeds around the perimeter. He & Kev are playing are playing when they hear the whacker. They come up & Rob grabs the paint to finish the circle. Most give me a Hey! play the hole & go on.

Thanks Randy. I usually don't win the Classic. I checked the records & the past 6 years I won one other time, 2010. I'm typically exhausted. I don't know what happened this year. The scores were pitiful. Thanks again my brother! Take care & get ready for Oswego, I'll see you there.

Jesse needs a lot more credit for running so many tournaments, the doubles league, and still a heck of a family man - to hear his tale is pretty damn inspiring and I can't say enough how much you impact the disc golf community and me personally. Without your hard work and sacrifice to the sport, we would have a lot less fun and action around here.

It really is hard to say thank you to one individual when there really is so many people that do so much to make great tournaments and leagues around Joliet, but I think Jesse needs a special shout out for his work and his love for his family - disc and home.

Thanks for another awesome tournament everyone!

I’ve been in touch with Andrew Sweeton the PDGA Tour Manager and he said it should be fixed sometime this week. Sorry about the delay.
