January 29th 2011 is the date set for FVMDGC 5th annual Jericho Lake Ice Bowl. We decided to move it up this year to leave time in between J-Towns Ice Bowl so that our club members can plan on attending both Ice Bowls. Looking forward to both of these great events! What a great group! As Randy stated your club was 14th & we were 22nd out of 222 (WOW) in monetary donations.

While I'm at it, thanks for running the J-town doubles every week. While it's easier than a tournament, it's still a ton of work. And running it week in and week out without a break all spring/summer is amazing to me. I know a lot of players don't say much about it, but we all appreciate it!)

Thanks to my wife for checking her face Book! She saw a note from Sr. regarding last night of League's at J-Town. Shorewood was the venue and I was able to duck out early and attend. First of all thanks Sr., you introduced me to the game and bringing Kyle and Jake was the coolest and a common thing. The other thing I would like to bring up Again is the Huge job J-Town does for Disc Golf in general. From experience I know how hard it is to run these functions in a small venue we have at FVMDGC. Your Rep's are pulling in 80 golfers and I am amazed at the smooth check ins and program that compares to a tournament every week. The only thing I noticed was that there where some that do not understand how much work and commitment goes into what you provide. In closing I would like to ask of the great disc golfrers I have met to please shake hands and thank the providers of the programs you are provided. Volunteerism is great, a thanks is priceless. J-Town Rocks. Apprecite the hospitality. Blaine
