Anyone know what the best discs are for throwing sidearm?

I use something stable, a firebird for me. You need to experiment with your style of throwing. I hope this helps.

Yup, anything overstable.

Destroyer, Xcaliber, Flick, Boss, Ape, etc.

But, as Frank says, it depends on your arm. Everyone is different. I spoke to someone at the shop several months back who was throwing a Roadrunner sidearm over 400 feet on a rope.

But typically, most people throw an overstable disc because of the torque involved with a side arm throw.

I'll add to Patrick's post, it could turn out to be a forehand roller.
