Title: Firepit for Ice Bowl
Post by: Frankie on February 03, 2010, 02:53:18 PM
Does anyone have access to one of those portable fire pits?
I would like to use in the registration area for the Ice Bowl.

Does anyone know someone that has a firepit? A friend of a friend? I have some wood cut & need a pit to burn it. I'm mostly thinking of the women from the mission that will be helping that need to keep warm.

Thanks Dr. Pepper. I'll talk to you Sunday about the details. Don't bring it with you at that time.

DP,
Can you help me split the wood Friday? Dean's back is bothering him so I can use your help.

Aside from the radio show tomorrow, I will not be around. we'll share the time splitting. I don't think it will take that long. We need to get the wood to the pavilion. I have a number of things to finish like getting the bowls & what not for the chili. The tees may need to be shoveled, Shawn has helped me with that. Plus other small things that Dean can help me with. If anyone reading this can help out let me know.

Thor,

If you can bring cups that would help, I won't get them.
I'll get bowls, spoons, napkins, (I personally don't need napkins) side sauce for the chili something to drink, oyster crackers, & 6 gallons of water for coffee & hot water,
Terri from the mission is bringing coffee, hot chocolate & three coffee makers.
No salt please, I'll take care of the tees along with anyone I can round up.
I'm trying to get out there Thursday afternoon, unfortunately I have other duty.
Ryan Barcas is helping me Friday & I'm going to be there most of the day.
Ray is doing the paint, I'm not sure if we want to reconsider the OB's with snow on the ground. My guess that decision will be made Saturday.
I want to be there around 7am to get the fire going along with running cords for electricity.
Thanks for all you've done Thor, much will go unnoticed.

Frank
