HEY PROS
You do realize that this event is a Pro-B/AM-B Tier event with $500 added cash to the pro purse?  Just thought you'd like to know :)

Shoot The Breeze / Re: My Friend FRANK
« on: May 28, 2010, 02:55:00 PM »
God is good, all the time; and all the time, God is good!  It's a phrase my family remembers often.

I'm glad that the reports have been well.  You're a fighter, Frank, and I know you'll be fine.  I'm also glad that I stopped by the forums to read this thread and the latest update, thanks for sharing it with everyone!

Any fliers or entry fees or anything like that available yet?  I saw on the PDGA website that it's Pro/Adv Saturday, everybody else Sunday.  Hopefully I can make it out - I have a wedding to go to Saturday, but I should be free Sunday!

as of 11:28pm Tuesday night only 2 spots left in the Open Men's division, so pre-reg in the store to make sure you snag one of those spots!

$25 player pack for all AM's - LOTS of CTP's and prizes, should be a great weekend for all involved!

50
Over 110 players now, Pro Pool is getting pretty close to full!  Cale Leiviska just signed up today to play, come on out and enjoy some of the fun :)

51
thanks to everyone that came out!  175 players for the 2 days makes for a fantastic time.  Congrats to Michael Fierke for acing hole #20 and taking home $744!  My estimates are that it was about a 220 ft shot with a nice uphill shot to get it up to the basket.

52
only 32 spots remaining tomorrow!

pre-reg is up to date as of 7:49pm:
73 players Sat: http://www.pdga.com/tournament-results?TournID=10287
49 players Sun: http://www.pdga.com/tournament-results?TournID=10289

It's going to be a busy day Saturday, I'm guessing the 2nd round might be finishing at 5pm, so if you have to start work at 5, you're going to be late.  Maybe there's a better option for you on Sunday?

Pre-reg stands at 66 players Saturday, 48 players Sunday, so if anybody plans on walking up to register - get there early!  Registration opens at 7:30 AM, and pre-reg's have to check in by 8:45 AM.

54
Hot stamp design attached.  I'm having this put on some Gateway discs.  My dad was a volunteer fireman for 10 years in Barrington, IL - the inspiration for this hot stamp design.

Keep those pre-reg's coming in :)  Hope you're ready for the first IOS!

Page one of the attached flyer has all of the details for this event!

Leagues & Tourneys / Re: 2010 Club Challenge Roster
« on: March 24, 2010, 02:59:21 PM »
everyone make sure you get directions and make sure you head out to the right place!

Not sure if I'll be there or not, won't be playing if I am.  It's tough when you're a member of 3 out of the 4 clubs, and probably will be a member of all 4 by the end of that day!

Yes, there is a back to back weekend.  Hamilton's A-Tier was moved to be a B-Tier and in September, so that weekend became available - and I was already going through debates on what course to choose for #6 - so we just decided to do both :)

I don't normally like to spam the boards about my eBay store, but since I'm actually running some auctions for some cool discs, I thought I'd inform everyone since I'm expecting these to be gone by this time next week.

It's an ugly link, but it will show you all of my current auctions up there for about 15 or 16 Pro Worlds Star Katana - that's all that I have left.  Once sold, I have no more.

I also have 8 or 9 very uniquely colored Star Ontario Rocs available at auction.  They are from the 2009 Joliet Championships -and if you don't like the stamp just remove it.  They are VERY cool looking, for example:

That's not a dyed disc - that's what colors they put in the disc - really cool looking!

Thanks for checking out the auctions and supporting a local disc vendor,
Scott
