Highland Baskets

I was talking to Shawn Harmon the other day & he mentioned he bought a basket for his hole. You know what's sad is the course doesn't equal to the baskets. What's also sad is the money spent to galvanize the baskets. Who knew it would be a class course? It got me thinking about the holes that have sponsor names on them. I wonder if we will buy baskets for our holes. There is a basket fund, & we need baskets. Perhaps the fund will go 50/50 for the baskets. I think everyone will agree we need to do something. Many choose the course to play is Highland & Lockport, because of the challenge. Lockport has good baskets & we need to do that at Highland. Maybe we can talk at the picnic.

I love the old baskets, you got to KNOW how to putt on them.

My advantage verses others is knowing where to hit those chains.

Sorry! Your a nut! We need to replace the baskets. Your right, but if most think like you, so be it. Most think we should replace the baskets. It's a challenging course, don't you think the baskets should relate that challenge?

just find  17  people who buy the new basket and give them the old basket
the old baskets are antiques , I agree.
I like the challange of the older baskets, most dont feel that way.

I love the cement tees there.

I know this is a little late, but that's funny. Yep,  just find 17 people. I've got all I can do at Channahon, but I'm just throwing it out there.
