Leagues & Tourneys / Trinity Links TD Report
« on: January 14, 2013, 05:10:33 PM »
All TD reports are in from all of the Trinity Links Point Series.  I will take responsibility for not checking on these and not ensuring they were up.  I had some things going on and just lost track,   Thanks to Dana who got the scores up and did most of the TD report for me I failed to check with the PDGA on the status and after this, next year at all events I will have a computer on site and the scores will be uploaded with in an hour of the round ending.  that is my goal for 2013
Thanks for understanding and again I am sorry for dropping the ball

Trinity Links Glo Tournament is pushed back to November 17th. but it is ok because Dana is having a sweet tourney that weekend at pine hills ( NOVEMBER 3rd and 4th).  Trinity will have the glo doubles tournament and a fire or three that night.  I am looking for input on if it should be bring your own partner or random draw.  I will leave it up to the people who are coming to make that decision so vote on this thread.
Prices for Open players will be $ 30
Prices for am players will be $ 25
This is the big fundraiser that really helps get work done at Trinity and paid for the tools that got so many of your discs out of the shed.  Man or Woman up and dress warm and come support the course.  Lets together make this course better and better every year.  We need to raise money to focus on the pond and cleaning it up and maybe a few more tee pads to add pro tee's to holes with out them.  I will give out more info soon about start time and format.
This event will be one round....
Thanks and hope everyone is throwing far and making putts

Some changes we are gonna make is keeping everyone out of the shed between rounds until all score cards are in and put up on the board.  After you register we are going to ask everyone to exit the shed so we can conserve space and use to to have more flow during registration.  Dave K and Tom M did an awesome job this past weekend with out me there so huge props to them.  You can also pre register with any of us at Leagues on Tue or Wed night.
If anyone is interested in sponsoring a hole for the final event please let me know or if you would like to donate something for the over all fundraiser again please let me know.  I hope to see everyone out on Sept 9th.

Thank You's / Thank you
« on: April 22, 2012, 08:58:55 PM »
I know I thank these people at my tournaments but for those of you who don't come out and support the Trinity Links Point Series and the course I will put this up for you to read.  ( you should come check out the course and play a tournament or four and help us raise funds for the course... next tourney is may 26th) but Tom M and Dan O lead the way in doing work out on the course.  Leo B has helped with bridges and trenching and has done a tremendous job.  Matt P is willing to do whatever needs to get done and is always smiling.  Lefty Al H has been out helping with water flow and trenching....  there is some others that have come out to help but the people that I have listed really just do a tremendous job and I appreciate it and all the players that come out to Trinity I am sure appreciate it to.  Also Ryan Rimbo is a local player to Trinity and he has been helping with benches and helped out with the tee pads...  Thank you guys for all you do and I look forward to continue improving the course and making it harder and harder and harder and harder to play.

THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS
