I cross referenced the PDGA and DGCR websites. Here are the courses that needed to added to the PDGA course directory. Can someone add the?

The PDGA course directory needs updated. Can you please look at the courses in your area and make sure they are listed on the PDGA course directory.
There are a lot of course that are on Disc Golf Course Review and not PDGA

PDGA / 2012 PDGA Memberships

Help Illinois Disc Golf and tell your friends. Tournament directors and club members please spread the word.
As October approaches there are a ton of Fall events in Illinois this year. There are also talks about several A-Tiers in Illinois next year (Must be a PDGA member to play).
Just a reminder about joining the PDGA.
This is for NEW members to the PDGA.
Joining on/after October 1st, memberships are extended through the following year. So you get 3 months in 2011 and all of 2012 as a PDGA member. 15 monthes for the price of 12. This also goes for those renewing that have not been current in the past 5+ years.

Online registration closes at 10pm tonight (Thursday 7-28) since the IOS team will be on the road to Sterling Friday. IOS staff will be collecting entry fees at the course Friday but i'm not sure what times. $5 walk up fee on Saturday & Sunday.

The PDGA is pretty leinant when it comes to those standards. As long as you add the information about the baskets to the proposal and get it ok'd by the PDGA it's possible to do. I was out there today in the blistering heat. For as old as those baskets are you guys did a great job refurbrishing them.
A future Amatuer Worlds would be pretty darn awesome too!
See you this weekend! I'm staying in Illinois even though there is an event with 30 minutes of my house. IL has a real tour!

It's never too early to start planning for 2012. I'm just throwing this out there. Has J-Town considered running an A-Tier? It would be nice to bring a permier event back to Illinois. Something to think about.

« on: April 24, 2011, 03:35:42 PM »Gary Lewis mentioned putting a 9 hole course in Joliet. It's south of I80 off of rt. 53. I don't know the name of the park. I think Minooka also has something. If you'd like I can chase down the details.
Thanks for the info Frank. Just getting an idea of what is coming this year. Since I started playing in 2001 there have been 113 new coures in Illinois installed.
