Title: Number One
Post by: Frankie on April 15, 2011, 03:21:38 AM
Hole #1  at Channahon is moved. It's 45' longer. That makes that hole around 272'.  I started digging around the basket & Dan Wisemantle pulled up & helped out. The Park brought a machine down & that's how we got it out of the hole.

Nice job Frank. Not just moving hole 1, but all the hard work lately. The park distric needs to just hire u and start paying u to take care of the course.

I second that Flash! Way to go Frankie! Can't wait to see all the improvements. Your work is appreciated Frank.

Kudos from me too Frank. Great placement.

I was joking with Jon saying that I was glad you moved it, "cause my arm is getting too big for it where it was at." We both laughed....

Then I almost aced it with a brand new Ape that I pulled off the shelf just before heading out to Channy.

Love where you placed it. Though I think that tree is going to take some abuse...

And I think the pond is going to swallow more discs.....

Thanks for the Kudos you guys. To be open, this isn't all me. I look for input. With regards to hole #1, I had thoughts, Flash said something, & everything was confirmed with Gary. There you have it, hole one is now more challenging.
I also got input from Roy Carey on #2 & #14 long.
Thanks again for the kudos!
