It happens all the time. If they want to stop that they need to penalize players that DNF for no reason besides they can't make a putt or the drives coming out of their hands are going into trees' . I will be the first to admitt when I play like death but I will never DNF...
On feb 23rd Trinity Links will be having its first C tier of the year to get some players early points and to test out the new system for getting scores up on the PDGA site between rounds and with the hour after the tournament ends. This year we are looking to make the Point series bigger and better and continue to improve the course to make it one of the most competitive courses around. PDGA sign up will be up shortly. Thanks everyone and hope to see you on the course.
All TD reports are in from all of the Trinity Links Point Series. I will take responsibility for not checking on these and not ensuring they were up. I had some things going on and just lost track, Thanks to Dana who got the scores up and did most of the TD report for me I failed to check with the PDGA on the status and after this, next year at all events I will have a computer on site and the scores will be uploaded with in an hour of the round ending. that is my goal for 2013
Thanks for understanding and again I am sorry for dropping the ball

TD report is in and all fees have been paid since the last time I checked the message board. I did what I needed to do on my end now it is up to the PDGA. I will shoot them an email after I post this to see what I can find out.

The TD Report is completed and turned in, I would say because you either had a stellar round or shot like poo and they dropped them from your rating or the PDGA just hasn't got them up in the system. They just finished putting in tournaments from march, check the PDGA and stay updated if you are worried about your rating. hope that helps, and I have asked the PDGA the same question a few times this year. when the Unofficial score turns into official then it is in the system. that is what I am told. keep em flying
here are some details for the glow tournament.
I will have glo discs for sale as well as LED lights.
all am players are $25 a person so that is $50 a team
All pro players are $30 a person and that is $60 a team
ACE and CTP is $5 and if no ace is hit it will go to Trinity Services, Inc.
Registration will Open at 4 pm and players meeting will be at 6:00 pm with the Tee time to shortly follow.
I am looking for a couple people to help me put the lights on the basket and take them down after the event, if anyone is interested in helping it would be huge.
any questions let me know
tell your friends and hope to see you all out there

The 10th is coming up so make sure you get registered on line or talk to Tom or myself. I hope we can get a lot of people out to this event. Also do not forget about November 17th bring your own partner glo fundraiser. Help us raise some money to improve the course
I am working with Innova now on getting discs stamped... there will be CFR discs available for sale. I am hoping it will have my stamp on them as well.
Sunday after leagues we will be working on the course at Trinity if anyone is interested.
Get your partner and I hope to see you November 10 for the last event of the point series and on November 17th for the bring your own partner fundraiser. Flyer is up at Trinity
It will be bring your own partner.... I am gonna have LED lights there for sale. I am looking for sponsors for this event. IF anyone is interested or knows anyone that will donate please let me know. I am hoping to raise enough money to finally get the course new tee signs ( with major help from MIKE) and some tee pads fixed with some walls and stone. A lot of work left on the course and could use everyone's help coming out to play this event and help us raise money to support the changes to the course
