For the first time in my history, there isn't any water in the hole, left of the tee on #16. They're aren't any discs either. The last I remember it being this dry was 1988.
That's crazy. It's not global warming is it Frankie? LOL!
Hmmmmmm, don't think so. You're not going political on me are you?

More good news! I wasn't going to post anything, but after talking to Randy, & then confirmed from Jesse & Jason, I decided to post. My PSA is not detectable! That's huge! In this process, I meet with numerous Doctors & nurses. I met with the radiologist Friday 06/22/12 & also learned my last hormone implant will be August 29th 2012. Hugh! That will be two years after my last radiation treatment. I meet with the GU Dr. July 6th, but I don't think it will be news worthy.
The bumper sticker is right Frankie...FIGHT TO WIN!! And your doing it!
Come out to Eagle Ridge in Oswego to play the Oswego Open today and Sunday. Frank Grimes put some of his quality work together just for all you disc golfers to enjoy. Frank is one special man and I hope you all come out to play. Love you Frankie!!
Thanks again Frank for your hard work building the bench on hole #3. The course has come a long way with your help! You make many people happy and the laughs and smiles you give me are priceless.
The J-Town Invitational is this Monday, the 28th. Jason Poole has done a huge amount of work for this already & it will be quite challenging. Just letting you know, it's right around the corner. Jason has the lay out posted. Just look upcoming events.
That's awesome that you guys bust your butt and set up a great course like that just for the enjoyment of others. That's a big deal.....Hope the turnout is huge...Thank You!
I have updated the course map for the event (link on illinoisopenseries.com). A couple changes this year, 13A (short shot up the path) will not be used. But we are going to do two holes on the East side of the tracks. Hole 20 will a 500 ft. toss. Hole 21 will be shorter with a mando. Hole 20 may also have a mando. Still considering it to keep throws well away from the parking lot.
For this event only we are bringing back the final four. The top four players from the MPO division will have a four hole final round. These are special safari holes that we can't normally do. There will be a give away of a custom stamped iOS50! disc to a random spectator watching the final four compete. This giveaway is open to everyone, but the spectator winner must be present at the awards ceremony to claim their prize.
Safari holes are also posted on the course map. If you do practice these special holes, please be considerate of others playing the normal flow of the course.
