A quote from Aaron:
i will be out at the course today after 4 pm taking last minute registrations. there are currently only 12 spots open. don't miss out, come out and get registered today cause it WILL fill.
I called him and he said he wouldn't put me on a list for registration but hes gonna take regs at the course? Seriously? Where did you read that?

I know Pre reg is closed but is there any way we can be put on a list so we have a spot secured for tomorrow?
I don't really wanna make the trip just to be turned down after making the drive out there.
Seems pretty legit to me, biscuits and bucks for your club, can't really beat that for buying discs online. Might want to look into it to get a lil extra dough for the club on the side.
For anyone who is interested, here are the results for Pontiac Ice Bowl.
Thanks again to all who participated!
As Dave K mentioned before league on Sunday, the Pontiac Ice Bowl is this Saturday. $40 a team ($20 per person), will play on a temp course designed by Sam Ball and Dana Vicich. More info can be found here. http://www.bndisc.com/2010PontiacIceBowl.htm
Thanks, hope to see you out there.
Lost my favorite Destroyer on hole 16 at Trinity Links, while at league. Threw a sidearm that made most of the gap and hyzered out wide right. It's neon greenish yellow, star plastic. My name and number should be on it. $5 to whoever finds it. Make that $10 to whoever finds it and gives me a call to get it back to me.

I like the idea of one round on Sunday like Joliet Championships. It seems that people from out of town would be more likely to come if this were the case and also allows for Am players to watch the final 9 of the Open players. There could even be a two or three round Saturday and then the one round sunday of maybe 27 holes or something. Just a thought because after 2 rounds of 18+ holes and then awards you are lookin at like a 6 or 7 departure time and some irritated golfers.
Just my thoughts.
Hey I was looking to get a tag at Channy on sunday but never quite figured out who was holding them. I am going to try to make it to West this up coming Sunday, will there be tags to purchase there?
