Dennis was a great guy and an awesome player. He had one of the prettiest backhand throws I ever seen. One of the holes at Channahon was named after him similar to Highland Park's holes  All the holes at Channahon were named after local players with big wooden plaques hanging in trees. Does anybody remember what hole Dennis had and what it was called?

WEEK 7- May 19, 2010
First Half #7
Community Park - Channahon, Illinois
21 Holes - Short Tees - Par 63
Conditions:  Temp: High 70s, sunny and very windy to start. High 60s with the winds calming down at the end. A great night for disc golf.
The course looks beautiful!

Added three holes after hole 2 called the triangle. 3a tee pad started south of hole 2s bridge. The shot was a 270’ anhyzer back towards the water near hole 2s pro tee. The water was in play with a lot of shots ending in the middle. 3b was a 330’ straight shot back towards hole 5s basket. 3c was a 300’ straight shot back towards hole 3s tee.

Thanks to Steve Slater, Joe Ward and Mike Cembala for bringing your baskets.

Another BIG thanks to Riphizer for the raffles and free hotdogs. Check out their website at www.Riphizer.com

Debbie was a great person. One of the main reasons we had Gary all these years is because he had Debbie.  She is a major part of Joliet Disc Golf history and where it stands today. She is missed dearly by the JTown Disc Golf Community.
