Volunteers needed!

I'm going to post a list of everything I need volunteers for below. Please PM me, or post here if you are willing to help out with one of the following:

The week leading up to the tournament. (March 22nd-28th)
1.) 30' Circles at Channahon (I will supply the paint and the sprayer)
2.) 30' Circles at RBF

Both tournament days:

1.) Hang banners and take them down at RBF Saturday
2.) Hang banners and take them down at Channahon Saturday
3.) Hang banners and take them down at RBF Sunday
4.) Hang banners and take them down at Channahon Sunday
5.) Put up hole sponsor signs and take them down at RBF on Saturday
6.) Put up hole sponsor signs and take them down at Channahon Saturday
7.) Put up hole sponsor signs and take them down at RBF Sunday
8.) Put up hole sponsor signs and take them down at Channahon Sunday
9.) Photographers! Need photographers!
10.) Also would like to have a few more Videographers.
11.) Someone to hold the leaderboard sign during the final 9
12.) Spotter(s) at Channahon both days
13.) Spotter(s) at RBF both days

If I think of more, I'll add it to the list. As volunteers come in, I will put their name on the list next to the job they want to help out with. Thanks in advance!
I can help with Channahon. Spot where needed & the 10 meter circles. I just need the paint & help. I'm going to the gym, trying to get back in shape, but some simple things are difficult, like breathing on the treadmill. Weights on a machine are not an issue, & riding a bike isn't a problem. So, some help will be appreciated.

J-Town Ice Bowl / Re: Morning Star Mission Statistic

I found this stat interesting & thought I'd pass it on. The Mission served 151,503 hot meals in 2013.That's 415 a day on average. That blew my socks off!

And that's why it's so important to support them! Way to go Frank - thousands of those meals can be attributed to your hard work too!

Leagues & Tourneys / Re: The Trilogy Tee Pad Challenge - July 5th

No you will not have to use the discs from the trilogy challenge. This will be a bring your own event. Chose a driver, midrange, and putter that you own and bring that out to battle. Just trying to stick to the whole trilogy theme.

Courses / NEW Facebook group focused on course maintenance and improvement

A new FB group has popped up. It is NOT a new club, you DO NOT have to pay anything. It was made to facilitate the coordination of bigger improvement projects in the Joliet area. Please check it out and get involved!

After the trilogy challenge is over I will be running a bring your own trilogy event over at Trinity Links. I am still working out all the details, but the basic idea is bring you own three discs (driver, midrange, putter) and play a one round cash tourney. Half of the money will go towards the payout and the rest will be spent on beverages with any leftover funds going to the teepad fund. Two divisions Am and Advanced/Open. 10 for lower division and 15 for upper division. There will of course be CTP's and an ace pot.

So if we play this we are going to have to use the 3 discs that we get at the Trilogy Challenge?  What if you don't play the challenge earlier in the day?  Will you have discs for sale?

TM could be Tom Matesevec. No phone number on the disc? Why do players not put their phone number on the disc? That would make it so much easier!
