"Lights after Dark" a Trindo Doubles Glow League.
Week 1: November 6th Trinity Links, Lockport
Sign in from: 6:30 P.M.-7:15 P.M
Teeoff: 7:30 P.M.
One Division Pros/Ams
$12 All In
$8 towards Cash Payout
$3 Cash CTP (optional) $1 of this goes to a Trinity Links Course Fund
$1 ACE (optional)
FREE DISC CTP AND LAGUNITAS CTP EVERY WEEK!!!!!!
This is a random draw doubles league playing for cash and points. With an overall winner that has the most points receiving a trophy after the 8 week season.
The following points will be awarded each week.
1st place- 4 pts (per person)
2nd place-3 pts (per person)
3rd place- 2 pts (per person)
Everyone else who shows up but doesn't place- 1 pt
Cash payouts will be determined by the number of players.
Lights will be placed on all of the baskets before the round starts.
We will have Led lights for sale which we encourage and highly recommend over glow tape. Especially with the possibility of snow this time of the year.
Led Lights will cost $3 for a pack of 2 lights, or 2 (2)packs of lights for $5. There will be blue, red, and green lights for sale.
We will also have snacks, hand warmers, and beverages for sale (Bottled Water as well as Bottles of Lagunitas beers to warm you up for the night!!!)
Everyone make sure to bring extra layers and dress accordingly as the temperature is starting to drop quickly this time of year.
We will have lights placed on all the baskets before the round.

Our First week out at Trinity Links was a success! We had 26 players come out for the first night, thank you all for the huge turnout! The weather was around 40° F and the wind was calm for the most part. Not a bad night for some glow golf!
For the points and Payout:
Steve Rachan and Dan McMillin shot a hot round of 45(-9) to take 1st place and split $96 as well as each getting 4 pts.
Dean Bingham and Brian Espinoza were right behind them shooting a 46 (-8) to take 2nd and split $54 as well as earning 3 pts each
There was a 3 way tie for 3rd and
Scott Mally/Ishmael take down 3rd place after winning a ctp throwoff on hole 1, they shot a 47 (-7) and each earned 2 pts as well as $40 to split
Fern/ Shaun Egner tske 4th place cash $18 to split
Aj B/Mike S take the cash CTP of $52 on Hole 9
Fern win the Prodigy M1 on Hole 1
Dean wins the 6 pk of Lagunitas on Hole 14
Next week, November 13th, we will be back at Trinity Links with sign in between 6:30-7:15 and teeing off at 7:30 P.M
We will have more lights for sale as well as handwarmers to fight off the cold!

For Week 2, we had 18 players come out in the semi-cold weather! It was around 35 degrees and the wind was calm. Another great Friday night for some glow golf!
Payouts:
Kevin Macuiba and Eric Bassett take first place in a playoff! They shot a fantastic round of -11 and split $70.
Adam Brkovic and Dan McMillin take second after losing the playoff. They also shot a hot round of -11 and they split $36
Chris Sirota and Tony P shoot -8 to take third by beating John Boyd and Chris Luzzo in a CTP throwoff

For our 3rd Week of Lights After Dark, we had 16 brave golfers come out to battle the cold weather.
It was about 33 degrees out with some moderate wind and snowfall hitting towards the end of the evening but that didn't stop the great scores and close rounds from coming in!
For the Pts and Payouts:
Adam Brkovic and Lefty Al shoot a hot round of 43 (-11) to take down First Place, Earning them 4 pts each and $70 to split! Great shooting guys!
Brian Espinoza and John Boyd end up earning 3 pts each and splitting $36 by taking 2nd Place in a CTP playoff against Dana V/ Chris Sirota and Mike Stahulak/Ty Evanson. They all shot respectable rounds of 46 (-8)
Dana Vicich and Chris Sirota 46 (-8) Take 3rd place after the CTP playoff and earn 2 pts each splitting $22
Bobby Johnson Takes the $$$ Cash CTP on Hole 17- $32

Finally, we really want to thank everyone that supports the Trinity Course Fund CTP every week. As of now, we have a total of $65 in the course fund just from $1 donations you guys have made every week by entering into the CTP. We will be using all of the funds at the end of the season towards a teepad for Long 11. Big thanks to Adam Brkovic for getting alot of trimming done by where the teepad will be.

For our 4th Week of Lights After Dark, we had 13 people come out to battle the coldest night we have had so far.
It was about 30 degrees out with some of the stronger winds we have had but we stuck through it and had a great night of golf!
For the Pts and Payouts:
Adam Brkovic and Lefty Al somehow get paired again and shoot the hot round of 46 (-8) to take down First Place, Earning them 4 pts each and splitting $68.
Mike Eichorst and Dean Bingham were close behind in Second Place shooting a 48 (-6) They earned 3 pts each and spli $36.
Ryan Barcas and Steve Rachan took 3rd place shooting a 49 (-5) earning 2 pts each.
John Boyd cashed out with 4 CTPs!!! He won the glow gator, $26 cash CTP, Ti Drone, and a 6 pk of IPA!!

For Week 5 of Lights After Dark, we had 21 people come out to enjoy what turned out to be a beautiful Friday night!
It was around 40 degrees out with moderate wind and a whole lot of Fog out!
For the points and payouts:
Dana Vicich and Dan McMillin take down first place in a playoff shooting -9 (45) earning 4 points each and splitting $86!
Mike Stahulak and Lefty Al lose in the playoff but end up taking second place shooting a -9 (45) and earning 3 pts each and splitting $48
Chris Sirota Drew the cali card and won 3rd place in a CTP playoff earning himself 2 points and cashing out $34!
Our first Ace of the season was hit by myself, Mike Stahulak! I took $92 and the Ace pot will start over for week 6

Week 6 Update!!!
For Week 6, we had a huge turnout of 31 people on this gorgeous December night! The weather was amazing, staying around 50 degrees all night and the wind was calm. What a perfect night for some glow disc golf!
This was the toughest layout we have played yet. Throwing longs on Hole 3. 7, 9, 12 and 18, as well as the Alt pad for hole 2.
For the points and payouts:
Dana V/ Mike Fierke take down 1st place shooting a blazing hot round of -10(44) splitting $104 and earning themseleves 4 points each! Great shooting guys!
Lefty Al/Mike Eichorst shot a great round of -9 (45) to take 2nd place and split $68 while also earning 3 points each. This puts Al in First Place!
Shaun Egner draws the cali card and takes down 3rd place in a CTP playoff on hole 1. He shot a great solo round of -8 (46) and wins $50 and earns himself 2 points.
John Boyd/ John Simon take down 4th place, splitting $26.

We went back to an easier layout this week, with only a few longer tees mixed in.

Here are the results for Week 8!
Despite the temps that reached below 20 degress on this cold winter night, We still had 14 people come out to battle for some points and cash!
The freezing cold temps and snow didn't stop some good scores from rolling in.
For the points and Payouts:
Adam Brkovic/ Shaun Egner take down first place shooting a great round of -8 (46) earning 4 points each and splitting $64. Great shooting in this weather, guys!
Lefty Al/Dean Bingham take 2nd place in a ctp playoff on Hole 1 against Mike/Clayton. They earn 3 points each and split $32. They shot a -5 (49)
Mike Stahulak/ Clayton Drake also shoot a -5 (49) but lose in the ctp playoff. But they still take 3rd place and earned themselves 2 points each and split $16.
Mike Eichorst hits an Ace on Hole 11 this week to take home the ace pot of $61! Congrats on what was definitely an EPIC shot to say the least!

Week 9 Results!!!
For week 9, we had 13 people come out to battle in some gloomy weather. The course was extra sloppy with mud flying everywhere, but we all enjoyed another amazing night of glow despite the conditions!
For the points and payouts:
Lefty Al/Dave K take first place by shooting an amazing round of -13 (41). This is the best Lights After Dark score recorded thus far! Congrats to you both! They split $68 and earn 4 points each.
Clayon/ Chris "Cowboy" Calvin take 2nd place in a CTP playoff shooting -9 (45) and splitting $36 as well as each earning 3 pts
John Boyd/ Shaun Egner take 3rd place shooting a -9 (45) but losing in the CTP playoff. Only 2 spots were paid out this week, but they each still earned 2 points!

Week 10 Points Update!
This week, 14 golfers came out to throw in some more frigid weather. It was about 25 out, but seemed colder with the wind chill. The course was muddy and a slopfest, but we had a blast non the less.
We played the long tee for hole 9 as the short was still layered with Ice.
For the points and payouts:
Left Al/ Dave Garb shot a -7 (47) to take first place and give Al a huge lead in points going into the final two weeks. They split $64 and earned 4 points each
John Boyd/ Chris "Cowboy" Calvin take 2nd in a CTP playoff, shooting -4 (50) splitting $32 and earning 3 points each
Brian Espinoza/Matt Rooney take third also shooting a -4 (50), but losing in the CTP playoff. They split $16 and earn 2 points each.

It was about 30 degrees with some calm wind on this Friday night. We had a couple more new faces out there, thank you for coming out to one of the final weeks!
For the Points and payouts:
Lefty Al/ Matt Casey take down first place shooting a fantastic round of -10 (44)
They split $64 and earn 4 points each.
Dean/Matt Rooney take second place shooting a great round of -9 (45). They split $32 and each earn 3 points.

Next Week, will will be back at Trinity Links for The FINAL WEEK of the 15-16 Lights After Dark Season. This means that there will be 3 players walking away with a sweet trophy after this Friday.
We will be having FREE Chili as well as grilling brats and sausages for everyone that comes out to play. We will start serving food around 5:30 P.M.
Sign ins will be at the usual time of 6:30-7:15 P.M. Teeoff at 7:30 P.M

For The final week, Week 12, we had 17 people come out to battle for the top 3 spots. The weather was very comfortable to throw in, about 35 degrees.
For the points an payouts:
Al/David Garb take down first place shooting a -8 (46) and earn 4 pts each. They also split $72! Great shooting, guys!
Mike Stahulak/ Matt Rooney shoot a -6 (48) and take down second place in a CTP throwoff on hole 1. They earn 3 points each and split $40.
Adam B./Jeff K. also shot a -6 (48) and take third place after the CTP playoff. They earn 2 points each and split $24

No aces were hit so we threw off on Hole 1 for the Ace pot after the round. We paid out the two closest CTPs, Dean taking the closest and earning $31, Chris S. took the second closest and won $25!
Since this was the final week, we crowned the top 3 places and they each won a sweet trophy!
Lefty Al taking first place, blowing away the competition with 37 points for the season! Great job and fantastic shooting all season round, Al!
Adam Brkovic takes second place with 26 points and takes home the second place trophy!
Dean B. takes the third place trophy with 17 points. There was a 3 way tie for third between Chris C, Boyd, and Dean. They all played off after the round and Dean came out with the victory.
We really want to thank everyone who came out this year and supported our first season of Lights After Dark! We ended up with over $300 that will be going to the Trinity Course fund to install a concrete teepad for Hole 11 Long! We could not have done this with out all of you! All this money was generated from various item sales throughout the season, as well as the $1 from the CTP every week. This new teepad with be put in thanks to every last one of you!
We will see you all later on in 2016 for the new Season of Lights After Dark and we hope to see even more people out next year.
