J-TOWN DOUBLES WEEK 2 RESULTS 2010
WEEK 2 - April 14, 2010
First Half #2
Haines Wayside Park, New Lenox
19 Holes- Par 57
Conditions: Mid 80s and sunny to start the round! High 70s at the end of the round. Gusty south winds but not much of a factor.
The course was in great shape, with all the tee pads dry. It was a perfect night for disc golf at everyones favorite course.

81Players
39 PRO/ADV   42 AM/NOV
11 New Players

We said we weren't going to add a hole but we did. With the small course layout we did fine with plenty of daylight to spare. It was a little congested but no big deal. We still had to turn players away at the very end and we're sorry. We did what we could to get everyone in. Registration opened up at 4:15 and we were full by 4:45. If you want to guarantee a spot get there early. Spring fever is here and there is a lot of enthusiasm right now.

A BIG thanks to Riphizer for the free hotdogs. They also raffled two Riphizer shirts and two 2010 Pro World Buzz’. Riphizer will be out next week with more hotdogs and more raffles. Check out their website at www.Riphizer.com

A Big thanks to Brian Cummings for two ctps, a 2010 Pro Worlds shirt and disc. www.2010proworlds.com

It's a round of doubles followed by food and awards.  There is usually a second round afterwards.

I want to thank Riphizer for all the support you've given us at league. The raffles and free hot dogs have been great addition this year. You've created a party/picnic type atmosphere each week that everyone is talking about.
