Does anyone recall these pilots? Sum Ting Wong Wi Tu Lo Ho Lee Fuk Bang Ding Ow These Asiana pilots did not know how to land the plane. It was in the news a few months ago.
I'm going through some things, & have some old newspapers with headlines. If you save headlines it might be of interest. Example, Ditka firing, Iraq bombing, 2005 White Sox, (0ne exception) I think 8 or nine. If you save that sort of thing, you may be interested. Actually, I kind of forgot, but the message is, if you collect that stuff, it's yours. The exception is, 2005, Chicago Tribune, BELIEVE It!!! What a Great Year for the White Sox Fans!!!
On hole #1 the basket has flags numbered 6,12,18. Each pennant has a different weight. The higher the # the heavier the pennant. Although it doesn't work well, the idea is to rate the mph. Low #, light wind, all three, strong wind.
Shawn McCarthy & Josh Henderson helped with wood chips Friday. When I get there this afternoon, Josh will be there. Wednesday, I have Shawn, Josh, & Tim Murray. Thanks you guys!
I can use a hand, mostly spreading wood chips, getting Channahon ready for the Classic. The Park lets me use the cart, so it would be working hrs. 8:00am to 3pm. Other things I'd like to do is a gravel circle around #13's basket, tune up the gravel in front of some of the tees. Let me know.
Hey Jesse, it's getting to that time of year again. I'm going to start July 2nd, only because I'll be in the area that day. We had tags there last night & phew!, a lot of work is needed. I guess, like last year, you'll put out the word & start on a Saturday.
We're putting steps in on #4 tomorrow. That would be Leo, Twan, & Dave K. & me.It could be labor intent, & perhaps we could use some back up. I know it's not much notice, but if you're out, check it out. 09:30 start time.
The winter league picnic is this Sunday at Channahon. Unfortunately I can't be here. Look for #4 to be open. I hope to do that Saturday, so look for the bag to be on the temporary basket.
