Does anyone have a course update on the red tees?

I played a few of the holes on Monday. 18's tee box was muddy, but what else is new? 1-7 looked good. 8 was a little muddy too. All in all, not bad. I didn't play 10-15, so I don't have a report on those holes....

Has anyone been to the park since last Wednesday's storm? Were there any baskets damaged? When we left the park Wed. there were quite a few big trees down. One was crossing the road near the entrance.

Rest of the park and course are pretty good. That path from 12's basket to 13 is getting more and more eroded. Hopefully, we can get the rest of those tees poured this week.

We’re having a clean up day this Sunday July 18, at 9:00 am at Highland. We’ll be weed whacking, picking up garbage and hauling mulch/dirt. If you have a weed whacker, shovel, wheel barrel or anything else that might be handy bring it. Bags will be available for the garbage.
Lets get this place into shape for Illinois State!
It sounds like the rest of the concrete will be poured on Monday. More info to come very soon.

Can we start earlier? Maybe 0730 or 0800. I realize it's Sunday morning & I would like to do it Saturday, but it is what it is. It's a little cooler earlier. People are going to come as they feel, I've been through this before. Can you get there sooner or let me know what I can do before you get there?

You can get there whenever you want. Nine O'clock is just a rough time for all the late night Saturday guys. If anyone gets there earlier there's a ton of trimming to be done on the North side of Snake Hill on hole 15. From the left of the stairs all the way to near the blue tee pads. All the red tee pads need to be cleaned up also. Please don't cut down any trees.

OK! No tree cutting. I'll be cutting stumps in the fairways. I'll be getting there early & leaving early.
