Course in Eureka, IL

I played a course at Lake Eureka in Eureka, IL.  It's about an hour and a half from Joliet.  55 south to 74 west to Eureka.  Very easy to find.  The course is located in the Lower Lake Eureka Park all the way in the back near the ball diamonds.  There were only two long holes, 400+ feet, one 300+, the rest under 300 feet.  Three holes were in the open, all the rest were in the trees.  The flow of the course was nice and there was plenty of signage indicating the next tee.  It's a finesse course ... I lost count of the trees I hit.

If anyone is looking to play a different course, give it a try.

I'm curious, has anyone else played this course? What do you think?

I started playing it about 3 years ago. Tried it on a whim.
It's high on my list of fun courses. Nice and technical.
Lots of moderate ravines to increase the fun factor.
Only a couple of holes where ya gotta reely wang yer disc.
I prefer finesse over brute force any day. Try the course
before the leaves come in so you can get the "lay of the
land". It's a different animal when it's all leafed-out. We
should take a field trip down there, Frank. As soon as it
warms up and dries out.
