what about saturday..? well and sunday for that matter. are we sure there is nothing going on there already? That's been taking care of a long time ago. If there is a meet this weekend they’ll have to deal with Paco “The Kid” Grimes.

What Illinois players were you blown away by how good their skill level was when you first started playing casually or playing tournaments?
In no particular order here’s my top six.
1. Bob Ryan
2. Scott Martin
3. Phil Arthur
4. Alex “Rifleman” Bingman
5. Tim Martin
6. Joe “Flash” Fleischauer - I’ve never seen anyone throw as far as Joe. He would anhyzer the whole length of hole 9 at Channahon with a Roc and blow past the basket. Only the trees behind the basket would stop the disc.

The battles and trash talking are vicious in both divisions as the league winds down to the final two weeks. It will be an all out brawl until the end.
Al Hermosillo & Ryan Gremillion easily win the Pro/Adv division by a stroke taken the top honors for the night. They end up shooting a great round of 40 (-14) and take home $58 each. This huge win for Al puts him into second place for the second half with a two point advantage over third place ( Kris Hutter). It also places him into second place overall with a one point advantage over the third spot (Darrin Johnson). With Ryan winning he catapults four spots into fourth place for the second half. He also ties Kris Hutter for fourth in the overall category with only one point out of third (Darrin Johnson). Eric Ford & Matt Travis end up playing spoiler taking the second spot for the night. They end up shooting a 41(-13) and splitting 67 bucks. Steve Forneris & Jeremy Buzz tie for third and win the playoff to take the honors. They end up taking home $18.50 each. With this finish Fern cushions his lead in the second half and overall categories.
Shooting a nice round of 45 (-9) gave Matt Rogers & Cory Clements the win. They end up splitting 65 bucks. This is a huge win for Cory putting him only two strokes out of fourth place for the second half, which is the last cash spot. It also ties him with Matt Preston for third place overall which is the last trophy spot. We had a tie for second place with the teams shooting good rounds of 46 (-8). Jake Riley & Jason Smith pulled out the ctp playoff for the win. They take home 3 huge points and split 36 bucks.
