That's unfortunate, as I am still unrated, and I certainly don't belong in the upper division. Shouldn't be a problem for much longer though, so I'll participate in the next club challenge if there is one.

This club challenge sounds like a great idea. Can't wait to hear who wins.

looks like you can be placed where ever Mike Krupicka (pickax) puts you in.  Maybe contact him and see if he can grant you in the lower division if that's where you feel you belong.  This is open for all club members regardless of "rating"  ;D  Tell him to use our tag challenges as a guide or maybe you have some sanctioned rounds you can point him towards... just an idea, I would hate for you to feel left out is all...

HUGE thanks to all that came out to support J Town yesterday.  I think there were 21 of us??? Maybe 22, I think we had a club member playing for J Town on every card.  That is great considering the travel.  Thanks to J Town's Captain Dean for getting all the details and making sure everything went smooth.  This really was a fun event to play in and I look forward to the next one.  Jason Poole and Dean did tags and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you!!

Thanks Mike K for all the scoring details. (owe you a huge bottle of Advil I'm sure)  Tom McManus for all the hard work getting the ducks in a row and the invitation to participate.  Brett C for being a great State Coordinator and all his hard work.  Rich thanks for the pizza and the hospitality...

Team results:

After the first round, Jtown had the early lead with Discontinuum and the Streamwood team close on their heels. GRABM and Fox Valley Metro rounded out the competition being in fourth and fifth respectively. Fox Valley Metro had the largest team improvement from first to second round, but it was the marked improvement of the players in the lower pool for the Streamwood Disc Golfer's Union that allowed them to pull ahead and win the club challenge for the second year in a row. Congratulations guys.
