The Challenge will be held on 03/28/10.
Clubs include->DISContinuum, FVMDG, J-Town, and SDGC
With a 4th club added we decided to meet at West Dundee, IL Randall Oaks for registration. One group will be sent to Hoffman Estates(Black Bear Park).  Brett will contact Tony and see if he can map out 8 Temp baskets at Randall Oaks with each club responsible for setting up a few of them.

In previous years, everyone who shows up gets to play.  Only the best 7 scores in each division count towards the club score.  There are 2 divisions with the rating cut off being 935.

so if a players rating is lower then 935 they dont count or other way around

no, there are 2 divisions:
1) 935 and up
2) anyone with a rating of under 935

J Town is looking for members to commit to this event.  We will have more details after the meeting tonight.  We didn't realize that it is on the last day of winter leagues.  I believe we need at least 7 ams and 7 pros minimum.  Maybe you don't have much riding on attending the last winter league or maybe you know some people that have hibernated over the winter that wouldn't mind coming out to represent J Town.  Send bangham, pooleje, Frankie, or ray hill a personal message or email. Thanks.  I, also, believe there is no cost to members besides travel and Ace, 50/50 Funds.
